|image1=[[File:Milgorn123.png|150px]]}}'''Milgorn123''' is a Cascadian politician, statesman, and diplomat who served as the 5th [[President of Cascadia]] for two terms from February 20 to April 16, 2023. Creating and serving as the mayor of the towns of Oceanside and Ephrata in Cascadia, he participated and continues to be active in the affairs of Cascadia throughout much of his time on EMC. Previously serving in positions of power, he was elected to the [[Legislature of Cascadia|House of Representatives]] in December 2022, and later served as Secretary of Recruitment under presidents TylenolEC and [[EstiQT]]. He was elected to the Presidency of Cascadia in February of 2023 and served two terms as President, overseeing the start Rocky Mountain rebellion and war and the slowing of Cascadia's territorial expansion. Following his presidency he was appointed Secretary of State by president AghastBlock, and proceeded to serve in that role for nearly a year and a half until retiring and being appointed Attorney General. A long-time cascadian bureaucrat, he has played a formative role in the history of modern Cascadia.
