Bachinuni is a Cascadian politician who served as the 9th President of Cascadia from July to August 2023. He defeated incumbent president WrestlingWithGod in the July 2023 general election, but would go on to be the first president to resign from office due to his own inactivity. His vice president, EmpressCorgo, would go on to serve several terms as president in her own right. He had also previously served as Secretary of Defense under ViolentVampire, and since his presidency has served several terms in the House of Representatives.
