Moggs Court

The Moggs Court refers to the Supreme Court of the Republic of Cascadia from July 17, 2023 to August 11, 2023, when Moggs served as the fifth Chief Justice of Cascadia. Moggs had served as an associate justice of the Supreme Court prior to appointment as Chief Justice, and succeeded Beamz30 in that position.
The Moggs Court did not rule on a single case during its tenure, and is the shortest-serving Supreme Court in the history of Cascadia. Of the three positions on the court, the associate justice positioned left by Moggs to becoming Chief Justice was vacant the entire period of the court, meaning the only justices were Moggs and Sayerleft, who largely represented an ongoing political divide between Frontier populism and the Vampist and social-democratic political establishment.
When Secretary of Defense RealLIMPOPO betrayed the Republic of Cascadia and took control of the Rocky Mountain Brotherhood, a rebellious faction in the Rocky Mountains of Cascadia, Moggs left as well. Moggs would renounce their citizenship, and resign as Chief Justice. Every position on the court besides that of Associate Justice Sayerleft was thus, vacant. Moggs would be replaced as Chief Justice by Sayerleft, marking the start of the Sayerleft Court.
