The Legislature of Cascadia is the unicameral legislature of the Cascadian government, and is made up of one chamber: the Cascadia House of Representatives. The chamber exercise authority over the following legislative agencies:

The President of Cascadia is the chief executive of the Federal Government. They are in charge of executing federal laws and approving, or vetoing, new legislation passed by the Legislature.
