PavTheYT (spawned August 6th 2022), also known as just Pav, is a Cascadian politician and a notable figure in the Cascadian community. He served as the 2nd Secretary of Defense, Advisor to the Presidents BergenFly and MasterEWild, also serving as a Representative in the 2nd, 7th, 38th, 39th, 40th, 42nd, 43rd, and 44th Legislature of Cascadia (all roles named above are in context of the Republic of Cascadia). Pav is generally known within the Cascadian community because of him coining the phrase: “bobm grous”, and is generally considered a kind and helpful person.
History - Aurora
Early History
After joining, Pav spent several days around the city of Belgrade, trying to save up gold to create a city next to it, which was supposed to be named "New Belgrade". Due to his inexperience, he got hunted down, as his residence in the wilderness, losing his whole budget. After this incident, he moved towns, residing in Jerusalem for a few hours, eventually landing in Neah Bay.
Late 2022 to Early 2023 & The Period of Inactivity
After being recruited by ViolentVampire, Pav spent a month in Neah Bay alongside his friend (now step brother), slowly getting introduced into the Cascadian Discord and Politics. His early political career did not produce anything significant, as he did not have that much knowledge in the English Language nor the political system of Cascadia. He resigned from the office of the Secretary of Defense during the First Cabinet of ViolentVampire, allowing someone more skilled, DaPigThatBig, to take over the department. He also served in the 2nd Legislature of Cascadia, though his contributions were not significant. During the period of his office in the Department, Pav moved from Neah Bay to create his town, Cat City. The town was renamed to Yakima (referred to as old Yakima, as the town of Colombia Valley took over the name shortly after the town fell) for the sake of being named after the town that was in the same area geographically. The town is notable for being the cause of the Six-Hour War, a conflict between the Republic of Cascadia and Oregon Empire due to the town supposedly breaking the Treaty of Tomsk.
After a short period of inactivity, Pav returned to EarthMC, and while it is not known what exactly did he do in Early 2023, Pav resided and helped with the development of the town Salem, owned at the time by Moxiecodone, served in the 7th Legislature of Cascadia, and by the end of the early 2023, he created a town called Turtlemania. He led the town which was a bunker-based society, which eventually succumbed to inactivity.
Between Mid 2023 and Late 2025, Pav sometimes posted ads in the ads channel in the discord server, with him trying to rejoin in Late 2024 - Early 2025, joining the town of Tri-Cities for a bit, though he did not gain interest in continuing to play the server at the time.
September to November 2025 “Third time’s the charm”
In September of 2025, Pav had decided to try and rejoin the server once more. He rejoined by joining the town of Vancouver, and shortly after, he formed the town of Uadna. While some members recognized Pav from the early phase of Aurora, most people (including Pav himself) regard Pav as a newgen. Pav originally did not plan to be a part of the Cascadian government, but Pav was contacted by the incumbent president Fly (also known as FlyGuy3000, or BergenFly), who asked Pav to be her advisor in her upcoming September cabinet. Pav also chose to run for the House of Representatives, a position he easily won because of the lack of competition in the constituency at the time.
By late October/early November, Pav grew tired of owning an inactive city by himself, and fearing that he is eventually going to succumb to inactivity due to his lack of motivation just like the previous few times, he gave his city to his friend, Gut4gny (who later became inactive in Aurora leading to the city’s fall) and joined the city of Grouse. At the time, Grouse was a growing and active city, and considering that it was managed by someone he considered a close friend, Katie, he decided to give Grouse a try. It was during this period during which the phrase “Bobm Grouse”, later “Bobm Grous” was coined, presumably during a sketchheads game to mess with Katie, as she loves the city dearly, and to make fun of the alleged “GrousPac”, a supposed shadow organization led by Katie that controls the elections.
After joining Grouse, Pav became more active overall in the community, running for the office of the Public Advocate in the nation and being elected Judge on the town level of Grouse, attaining some experience in that department.
December 2025 & The Great Exodus of Grouse
To understand the full scope of the Grouse “Exodus”, most commonly referred to as the Grouse Bombings, it is important to look into the events preceding the act.
During (and presumably before) Pav’s residence in Grouse, Med_hadi_a (now hx06a) was the person responsible for maintaining the infrastructure of the town. Medi believed in the laws of Grouse, with any violation in the slightest resulting in fines and eventual loss of property.
Due to the sheer amount and complexity of laws Grouse had at the time, many of those laws impeded on the ability of the citizens to build freely. Pav was heavily impacted by these laws, with him constantly being threatened by the town government (mostly medi), even if his design choices had an overall positive impact. During this period, many were dragged into court cases over usually insignificant details and laws.
Pav had not held a particularly positive opinion about these laws due to them directly impacting several of his builds that he spent significant time developing. Due to this and several other factors, Pav decided to construct the notable “Eyesore” building. While the building was designed to be as ugly as possible while still following Grouse law, it has gained its charm and is an essential part of Grouse and the town’s history. Pav intended to construct the building as to get back at Medi for the constant nagging about the town laws, but the construction of the building seemed to impact Katie more.
Preceding December 12th, around a third of the town population had left, many of whom left for Oakwood, including Katie & Pav. While there were plans that Pav and Katie were to, with help from MasterEWild, develop the city of Wisteria, but the plans were never realized due to the events on December 12th.
On the day of December 12th, med_hadi_a (now hx06a), skklz, MucsleMommies, and average9199 placed hundreds of blocks of TNT all over Grouse and detonated them across the city, damaging a majority of the buildings in the city… med_hadi_a also emptied the town bank of all its funds, nuked the Grouse discord server, and kicked everybody else out of town.

Due to Medi never actually owning the city, the city was restored as soon as the mayor Pancen woke up and made a ticket for the land to be rolled back, with most of the damage being reverted in 48 hours, including the discord server, which was restored with the help of MasterEWild. Ironically, one of the only buildings not impacted by the bomb was the eyesore, even though all other buildings made by Pav were damaged during the event.
It is uncertain if the phrase “bobm grouse” inspired the terrorists, and while they (the terrorists), tried to tie the phrase to themselves, such as by using it in the town board of their town in Alaska, the phrase is still most commonly associated with Pav.
Pav had helped rebuild Grouse a bit. The whole situation took weight on him with him deciding to take a break and withdraw from the election for the 41st Legislature of Cascadia, walking all the way from Grouse to London in one sitting. He would go on to make a dirt town, a project which lasted one day before a hunter killed him while afk due to him not having a pumpkin.
January to April 2026
After his break, Pav returned to Cascadian Politics the next month, where he served in all subsequent Legislatures. January of 2026 also marks the first election for the House of Representatives that Pav has lost after his return, with a margin of 0.03 votes to SergioTheCrafter, but following the Six-minute War incident, Pav was elected after the expulsion of Sergio from his seat. From January to April, he has been an active part of the Cascadian community, participating in events and sports, such as the RFL.
Pav was the co-owner and owner of the RFL club “Grouse Bombers”, a club that finished 3rd in the first season of the league. Pav himself was an active player, finishing as the 8th best player by Power rating & Defensive value, 4th best player by down totals, and first by the number of Wickets saved. Though he himself does not possess exceptional PVP skills.
A major project he worked on by the end of the server was a gigantic sculpture of Guppy, Katie’s cat, which was to serve as the location of her birthday party and her residence until the end of the server. While he designed the building, many people such as Fly, Flippizzacake, RIP1C, Bachunini, and others helped realize it in the server, both financially and by helping with the building

A month prior to the reset, Pav was gifted premium by Fly, as to originally allow him to help work on the nation of Cariboo.
From December, Pav had been planning to help with the creation of the nation by the name of Cariboo, being deemed one of the Founding Fathers of the said nation. While Pav did do some work for the nation in its early legislature, he was more drawn to making the city of Nanaimo with his fellow friend Katie.
Over the following months, Fly and FoxClient also joined in on making the city of Nanaimo alongside Pav and Katie, with the city being expected to be a significant center of Cariboo.
The prospect of the city of Nanaimo existing in its current state faltered following some internal drama that happened within the leadership of Cariboo, with most of them, including Pav, Katie, and Fly (Fox also decided to follow the group, but she did not hold a government position in Cariboo) deciding to migrate into the nation of Acadia, where they received a role in the current provisional government.
Subsequently, following the migration, the city of Nanaimo was renamed to Micuoa, with its new location being inside the Manicouagan Reservoir.
The town of Micoua was made on the first day of Nostra, April 17th, by Katie, with the rest of the group (being Pav, Fly & Fox) receiving Councillorship.

Incidents
- Supposedly broke the Treaty of Tomsk with his city of (old) Yakima, leading to the Six-Hour War.
- Had no clue what he was doing as the Secretary of Defense in 2022, leading to the “maps/secret plans”.
- Hosted a hide and seek promising gold rewards in early 2023 and then proceeded to ghost everyone who earned those rewards. (It was fun tho, that was the real reward :) ! )
- Took a part in the “ping spam” legislature (39th legislature) which abused its powers to ping everyone in the server multiple (around 13 in total) times. Was fined a small amount of gold, being around 5 to 20 gold (the exact amount is not sure).
