4Floppa or 4Floppas (spawned July 17, 2022) is a Cascadian politician and businessman who has served as member of the Cascadia House of Representatives for the Southern constituency and as First Lady to president Whatok_ starting on December 15, 2024. They were the mayor of the city of California, a large city in Southern Cascadia.

Floppa served as the mayor of Hermosillo in Southern Cascadia, as Cascadian Vice President and eventually as President of the Republic of Cascadia. As of February 1st, 2026, 4Floppa is Cascadia's Attorney General.
