General elections were held on 17 September 2022 in Cascadia to elect the Governor of Cascadia and all twelve seats in the House of Representatives for one-month terms. Elections for U.S. president also occurred on this date. These were the second elections to be held in Cascadia.

Incumbent President SayerQT did not stand for re-election. The presidential election resulted in a victory for Treasurer ViolentVampire, receiving a record 95.2% of the vote. Voter turnout was down slightly at 46.7% of registered voters. The house elections resulted in incumbents winning just half of the seats, with Incumbents winning just around 52% of first-preference votes. These were also the first elections for the House of Representatives held under Proportional Representation instead of First-past-the-post, put into place by the Representation of the People Act passed earlier that month.
