Milgorn123 is a Cascadian politician, statesman, and diplomat who served as the 5th President of Cascadia for two terms from February 20 to April 16, 2023. Creating and serving as the mayor of the towns of Oceanside and Ephrata in Cascadia, he participated and continues to be active in the affairs of Cascadia throughout much of his time on EMC. Previously serving in positions of power, he was elected to the House of Representatives in December 2022, and later served as Secretary of Recruitment under presidents TylenolEC and EstiQT. He was elected to the Presidency of Cascadia in February, and since his presidency he has served as Secretary of State of Cascadia.
Towns
He began in the nation of Texas after being invited to the town of Houston. After attempting to create the town of Lake Jackson, south of Houston on the Texas coast, he was forced to flee from Texas after his town was claimed by the town of Houston. Moving to the Pacific Northwest, he chose to settle on the Oregon Coast, forming the town of Oceanside on August 4th, 2023. Expanding quickly, he joined the nation of Oregon. Quickly becoming the largest town in the nation, Oceanside left to join the nation of Cascadia during the 6 Hour War between Cascadia and Oregon, taking much of the population and beginning the Collapse of the Oregon Empire.
Oceanside grew to occupy much of the Oregon coast, becoming the largest town in terms of population in the Pacific Northwest and the largest in Cascadia. After multiple months of development, it was sold to Small_Cat and ReaLIMPOPO for 1000 gold. Milgorn and Paradox_1080, a close town councilor of his, moved to create a new town in Eastern Washington as part of a region known as the Tri-Cities. Ephrata was created on January 9th, 2023, along with the towns of Columbia Valley by Moxies_hoe and Pasco by cowilo. After a few months of development, it's population has swelled to be the largest town in Cascadia. After multiple months of development, Milgorn123 began an active recruitment effort across Cascadia where he recruited over 60 players to the towns of Olympia and Oceanside, including notable members such as Seivicxx, KrackKocaine, BinomialMink, EnglishApache, and more. After this, he gained control of the town of Seattle, and helped organize and complete Project Seattle, in which the metropolitan city was built and completed. He recruited multiple members into the city, in which he currently residents and leads.
Politics
Milgorn123 began his political career in Oregon, where he was a minor member of the National Council. He chose to leave Oregon after the 6 Hour War between Cascadia and Oregon. He faced backlash from the members of the Oregon Empire, but quickly acclimated to Cascadia. One month after joining, he ran for election to the Cascadian House of Representatives in the November 2022, losing to other candidates. However, he successfully won a seat in the House of Representatives for the next three terms. In February, 2023, he announced his candidacy for presidency. After a campaign against Akeboun, the main opposition, he won the presidency. His presidency began with an embargo by multiple nations, lead by the nation of Sonora, which was soon resolved with the passage of the Grand Canyon Protection Act. Later, the Milgorn Administration would face a rebellion under the name of the Rocky Mountains, which was resolved with the signing of the Treaty of Banff. Other notable events include the creation of the Organization of Free Nations, a democratic alliance between Cascadia and multiple other nations.
Milgorn won re-election in March as well. During his term, Cascadia began a months-long defensive war against the Rocky Mountains, but also experienced growth as opposed to the reduction in population it had seen previousy. Milgorn chose not to run for a third term, which AghastBlock won. He continues to serve as Secretary of State under the AghastBlock Presidency, Setrus Presidency, WrestlingWithGod Presidency, and Bachinuni Presidency, in which he created over eight separate alliances with nations such as Alaska, Mexico, Venezuela, Brazil, Armenia, British Columbia, and Laurentia.
He continues to serve as a high ranking political figure, with large amounts of influence over the leadership of the Republic of Cascadia.
