The 5th Legislature of Cascadia was a meeting of the the legislative branch of the Republic of Cascadia, composed of the Cascadia House of Representatives. It convened in Olympia, on December 18, 2022, on the first day of TylenolEC's presidency and ended on January 15, 2023.

The December 2022 election decided who would be elected to the House. There was an increase of seats in the House from 15 to 17. A total of 8 new representatives were elected to this session, most notably the Frontier electoral district was composed entirely of 3 new members of the House.
