The Court consists of one Chief Justice and two associate justices. Article IV, Section 5 of the Constitution grants plenary power to the President of Cascadia to nominate, and with the advice and consent of the Cascadia House of Representatives, appoint justices to the Supreme Court; justices have life tenure.
